Refund policy

At Belle Monde Boutique, we want you to love every purchase.  If for any reason your item isn't quite right, we offer a simple and fair return process.  

Return Eligibility

Online purchases may be returned within 3 business days of delivery confirmation. To be eligible for a return: 

• items must be unworn, unused, and in original conditon
• all original tags must be attached
• items must show no signs of wear, damage, or alteration

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be appoved for return.                    Belle Monde Boutique reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this policy. 

Final Sale Items

The following items may be considered final sale and are not eligible for return, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase: 

• Clearance items
• Special Promotions

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.  We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as Belle Monde Boutique is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. 

Processing times may take 5-10 business days after receipt. 

Refund Options

Approved returns may be processed in one of the following ways: 

• Return to original form of payment, or 
• Store credit (issued electronically for future use)

Refund method may vary based on item condition and original payment method. 

Consignment Alternative

In certain cases, returned items may be considered for consignment if: 

• The item is appropriate for the current or upcoming season
• There is customer demand for the item
• The item meets Belle Monde Boutique\s quality and style standards

Consignment acceptance is a t the discretion of Belle Monde Boutique and is not guaranteed.

To begin a return, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery at stylist@bellemondeboutique.com.  Include your order number and reason for return.
